Operation Tulong USA Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit humanitarian organization with a mission to foster education and support institutions of learning in the Philippines. OTUSA’s goal is to provide vocational training to non-skilled, unemployed individuals and to facilitate the communication among people – those willing to help and those in need of assistance.
